BlogTV PRO Additional Terms of Use

THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL TERMS AND OF USE ARE APPLIED TO THE USE OF THE BLOGTV PRO ACCOUNT, IN ADDITION TO BLOGTV'S GENERALTERMS OF USE:

1. ACCEPTANCE OF Terms Of Use
By using the BlogTV PRO you agree to abound by all of the general Terms of Use (the "TOU") of BlogTV (available at: http://www.blogtv.com/InfoPage.asp?showInfo=2) and these Additional Terms of Use. BlogTV reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these Additional Terms, the TOU and all documents incorporated by reference. You can always find the most recent version of this Additional Terms and the most recent version of the BlogTV Terms of Use at the URL indicated above.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
BlogTV PRO Account -
BlogTV PRO will provide subscribers with a Pro Account Badge on their profile page and video thumbnails, broadcasting private shows to a selected group of friends, higher priority access to main chat rooms, ads-free browsing on the site, rich format animated gif and flash images on profile page, 30 min. recording time, double the storage available to regular members, new emoticons and immediate access to their own video downloads, as further detailed at http://www.blogtv.com/proaccount/.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
The current fee for the Pro Account is 24.95 USD for 12 months and will be automatically and immediately charged through your PayPal account on the date that you click on the "Make Order" button in the ordering process.

Payment is executed on a pre-pay basis and payment will not be automatically renewed at the end of the term. You will be contacted in order to renew your BlogTV Pro Account prior to the end of any expiration of the account, at which point you may elect to purchase a new BlogTV Pro term. If you do not elect to purchase a new BlogTV Pro term, your account will automatically revert to a regular non Pro BlogTV account upon the expiration of your BlogTV Pro term.

4. Cancellation of Subscription
Please note that, unless BlogTV gives notice to the contrary, payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which you paid, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be given any refund.

5. Termination
If your payment is invalid for any reason, your BlogTV pro account will revert to a free BlogTV account; provided, however, that BlogTV reserves the right to cancel your account entirely in such case, whereupon all the information and content contained within it will be deleted permanently. BlogTV accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted due to an invalid credit card.

6. BlogTV's RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Without derogating from any other rights and remedies BlogTV may be entitled to, BlogTV expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, delete content from, suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any BlogTV service, including BlogTV Pro Account, if BlogTV, in its sole discretion, believes you have: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) acted inconsistently with the terms and/or the spirit of the TOU and/or these Additional Terms. In such event, your BlogTV Pro Account may be suspended or cancelled immediately in BlogTV's discretion, all the information and content contained within it deleted permanently and you will not be entitled to any refund of any of the amounts you�ve paid for such account. BlogTV accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted. You hereby waive any claims against BlogTV with respect to the exercise of the above rights by BlogTV, to the extent exercised.
