    		 If the chat is telling you that someone has taken your username
    first check that you are not trying to enter two rooms at once. If you do enter two rooms at once, the second room will tell you that your nickname is in use. If you are not attempting to enter two rooms at once then you need to clear your cache/cookies and update your flash player.
