    You better try smotri : there no discrimination for age reasons, much lower censorship(they call it moderation), and much more popular than blogtv(that means more viewers).     		 minimum age to broadcast is now 16
    so all you need to do is modify your profile to set a older age. that easy and it works ^_^ (I hate the discrimination for age reasons made on this site) But you better try http://smotri.com/?lang=eng .
