    		 The police issue
    We absolutely report pedophiles on a very regular basis. What I was saying is that they have never done anything about it (as far as we know). They dont even bother contacting us back about it. I find it shocking and it frankly puts me and my staff at a huge disadvantage. I believe that if they really cared about these pedos they would simply make a kid account and pick them off like flies.

    		 If the flagging does not work, screen cap what you are seeing
    and report it to me with as much detail as you can. Again, I want to check and make sure there was a darn good reason for it being missed so that it can be prevented in the future or so that I can give you a good reason.

    		 On a site with millions of users there will be things missed
    Obviously we cannot have as many employees as members. This is why we do rely on our community to point out our misses. Its not that we ask you to do our job for us, but lets say.. help keep us complete rather than full of holes.

    		 As far as I am concerned the mods should never miss nudity
    young or old unless there are tons of shows on at the same time and they are dealing with another show with nudity during the time when the second one is going unseen. That is the one scenario that its acceptable. I do ask that people report things they see go unattended just for that reason. I want to check on them and make sure the job is getting done well.

    		 Flagging a show in order to call a moderator in is not doing our job for us
    When handling this many people there is no way for one staff set to be in all places at once. If you do not feel like you want to help by flagging, then dont. No one wants you to feel like you are working here. Also, we contact the police about matters on a daily basis. So far the only thing they respond to is suicide attempts.

    		 Hello, I am sorry that you feel that way although you are mistaken
    Of course we rely on our community to flag shows (just like any other community site - even youtube), but our moderators are always watching the video feeds. This means that we do need you guys to flag when you see something happening in the chat itself because they are not watching the chats generally. If they have enough time they go from room to room checking, but overall its video surveillance
