    i have not been here in months and the day I do, you were on the sitea few hours prior! I missed you by a few hours and hope to see you here again. I miss all the laughs we had on Marks' TV.

    hi monty, im hoping to schedule something very soon, over the last 6 months or so its been non stop, up at 6am and getting to bed late , 7 days a week, and to top that there been kickboxing also..its been a mad nightmasre but things are at last starting to settle and flow a bit more smoothly now. so keep checking back..honest i will be on soon
