    		 Perhaps you are using a MAC? If so...
    First of all, make sure you are using Firefox as a browser and not Safari. To make your built in camera work, right click on the grey broadcasting screen and pick settings. For the built in iSight camera the correct choice is USB CLASS VIDEO. The default setting will not be the correct one so you will have to change it. You can choose FireWire camera in that settings menu.
