    		 I am sure that you and some others are responsible enough
    to be on the site right now, but we have to think of the whole group and it wouldnt be fair to give you special privileges that most teens your age are not given.

    		 For the time being 13,14 and 15 year olds will only be allowed to chat
    on the site and will not be allowed to broadcast. I understand that it is not fair, but we have to protect you guys against the perverts that are on the site trying to look at you. We are working on new pages just for you guys that will allow you to broadcast with people your own age in a safe way. We hope that you will be patient and hang in there until these pages are completed.

    		 When you have the option to broadcast
    You can do so without a webcam, using a program like manycam.com, webcam max or camtwist if you own a MAC.
