1. ACCEPTANCE OF Terms Of Use

BlogTV reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these Additional Terms, the TOU and all documents incorporated by reference. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
BlogTV Nifty Gifty - BlogTV Nifty Gifty will provide users with a Nifty Gifty jpg/gif on the recipient profile page.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
The current fee for the Nifty Gifty is between 1 USD to 2 USD and will be automatically and immediately charged through your PayPal account on the date that you click on the "Share" button in the ordering process.

4. Cancellation of Subscription
Please note that, unless BlogTV gives notice to the contrary, payment for Nifty Gifty are non-refundable.

5. Termination
BlogTV accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted due to an invalid credit card.

6. BlogTV's RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Without derogating from any other rights and remedies BlogTV may be entitled to, BlogTV expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, delete content from, suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any BlogTV service, including BlogTV Nifty Gifty, if BlogTV, in its sole discretion, believes you have: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) acted inconsistently with the terms and/or the spirit of the TOU and/or these Additional Terms. In such event, your BlogTV Account may be suspended or cancelled immediately in BlogTV's discretion, all the information and content contained within it deleted permanently and you will not be entitled to any refund of any of the amounts you've paid for such account. BlogTV accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted. You hereby waive any claims against BlogTV with respect to the exercise of the above rights by BlogTV, to the extent exercised.
