Contest Terms and Conditions
As Made by blogTV.Com Inc. ("Sponsor").
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Contest Void where prohibited by law. Contest begins at 12:00 A.M. PT, July 1st, 2009, and all entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. PT, August 31st, 2009. All times are Pacific Time (PT).
2. HOW TO ENTER
Only Registered blogTV users may participate. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online.
3. RECEIVING REWARDS
In order to receive the Rewards (as defined below), Participants need to be the first to upload a web video featuring one of the celebs listed below co-hosting or broadcast together with them and get the celeb to use twitter and tweet to his followers, from his own twitter account about the broadcast, that will include a link to the show on the blogTV website.
In order to receive payment, you will need a bank account and a free paypal.com account. All our payments are via www.paypal.com
4. REWARDS
For uploading a video entitled to receive a reward, the Participants will receive the corresponding amount of CASH, as listed next to the celeb's name:

The money reward is awarded only to the first Participant is entitled to receive the rewards in accordance with Article 3. Once a reward is given with respect to a certain celeb his name is whipped off the list and will not entitle any other Participant with a reward.
Participants are solely responsible for any and all taxes stemming from their receipt of rewards, as well as any and all expenses relative to participation in the "Grab a Celeb" Contest (including acceptance of reward) not specified herein. rewards will be awarded within approximately 30 days following August 31st.
5. ELIGIBILITY
Contest void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participants entitled to rewards will be notified by e-mail and must respond within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification or be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the contest.
Submission of a video by a Participant constitutes the irrevocable grant to Sponsor of all rights in the video given to Sponsor in accordance with BlogTV website's Terms of Use, except where prohibited by law. The Participant undertakes and warrants not to load any video which it is not entitled to publicize under any applicable law.
By entering, Participants release Sponsor from any and all liability for any losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a rewards or participation in any reward-related activities.
By participating, entrants agree to the BlogTV website's general Terms of Use and all decisions regarding the contest, which shall be final and binding in all respects without derogating from the terms specified herein.
